Best zoo I’ve ever been to! So many animals to see and all in proper enclosures. Gift shop isn’t expensive either. The aquarium is also so cool

The experience was absolutely incredible. They feature a wide variety of different species, all of which are exceptionally well-maintained and clearly cared for. It was a fantastic visit from start to finish.

A zoo like many others. Some areas a bit dirty. The dining services only opened to the public at 12:30 PM. Very high prices for food and drinks. Ticket 29.50€ really exaggerated. It's okay for kids, but still nothing different compared to, for example, the Cornelle park in the province of Bergamo.

An absolute disgrace of a zoo. There are fewer and fewer animals left. You go from empty enclosure to empty enclosure until there is one with a single animal. There are barely even any monkeys. 3 giraffes and 3 zebras in a huge empty enclosure, closed areas... The entertainment is increasingly cold, with almost no staff. Very sad about the decadent experience that the Madrid zoo is going through. And on top of that, paying €30/person + what everything costs inside.

Positive experience for spending the day as a family or as a couple. Entertaining day surrounded by animals in a pleasant environment.

It is a very good option to spend a day with the family visiting and getting to know many animals that you cannot see if it is not in their natural habitat, the experience has been very good and we have enjoyed the visit and seeing the animals a lot, it has restaurants to eat at and a train that, for a fee, also does the tour, you can see different species of animals, mind you, wear comfortable footwear and a hat and water especially if you go in summer

one of the best zoos i have ever visited. every animal was out. admission fee was £20 which is not bad at all. so happy to see a panda. we stayed maybe 2 hours it was so cool. the atmosphere was nice. it was not busy. the staff were friendly and helpful.

I liked almost everything, but it is true that we were going to see the dolphins and we were disappointed since there were none, and it did not say anything on the page.

Nice midsize zoo and aquarium. Covered most of the world's animals. Not as big as a big U.S. zoo, but very well done. Not crowded during the week, even the pandas. Took about 4 hours to see everything. A lot of walking in shade which was nice also. It was a nice break from shopping and museums. Only one restaurant was open but it was enough for a weekday. Also has a gift shop. We took the Metro to the Casa de Campo, the last stop on Line 5, the Green line. Then about a kilometer walks on a good dirt path away from the road.
