amazing food, person having a lot of fun and we learn a lot of it

This class was absolutely amazing. You cook the most delicious food and you learn so much from the master chef Kanchan. She really is an amazing chef with so much experience and knowledge. She guides you through the cooking process with ease and gives you pointers along the way. I’m still trying to process how to make all of the delicious food! She sent me the recipes we made and I cannot wait to try them at home! If I’m back in Goa again, I’m definitely reserving another cooking class with her. Additionally, I hope chef Kanchan comes to do a cooking tour through Europe sometime! I highly highly recommend Kanchans cooking class if you are in Goa. I drove 2 hours from north Goa for the class and it was so worth it.

It was an amazing cooking class with an amazing teacher. She was so kind and had so much unique knowledge. She had so much experience whilst her work in her restaurant and it was so good to get to know the Indian cuisine better. Very recommendable.

It was easily one of the best cooking classes I’ve ever taken. I had a fantastic time, learned a huge amount, and enjoyed a delicious meal at the end. I would 100% recommend it to anyone.

Kanchan made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable in her well equipped kitchen. We started the evening with delicious pakoras and chutney that she had prepared for us and then spent the evening learning how to make various Indian/Goan dishes that we can’t wait to try at home! Kanchan was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic and very generous in sharing her skills, ingredients and recipes. A brilliant experience - would thoroughly recommend!

The workshop was wonderful! Full of taste, warm attitude and endless patience and above all unusually delicious!

Our cooking class with Kanchan was easily one of the best experiences we had in one month of being in India. Kanchan herself is such a lovely, warm & welcoming person - her happiness is contagious! And the food was honestly amazing too, we got to make so many different things even though it was just the two of us at the class. We were also greeted with a delicious snack and drink when we arrived! We learnt so much, and really feel equipped to go home & make our own Indian dishes. Genuinely cannot recommend this class enough, thank you Kanchan 🙏

What a wonderful experience!! Our host was so cool! She made sure we all spent a very enjoyable moment, while learning a lot about Indian cuisine. She made everything simple and easy to follow, and all the dishes we prepped at the end tasted so good! She taught us to do 8 dishes, and some bread. We had a great group of people, which made the class even more fun! Definitely a must do in South Goa.

It was the best cooking class I had ever taken! Our host was attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. We spend a great time, learned a lot of different meals and get to meet some cool people. Highly recommend this experience to anyone spending some time in palolem beach!
