This review is long overdue, but everyone should know what an amazing experience this is! I opted to embark on this Jeep tour on the very first evening of my trip to Milos, and it was truly a perfect way to begin the vacation. Our guide Vlad was excellent and went above and beyond in so many ways. He really made us feel welcomed and gave the experience a very personal touch. Not only is he an excellent driver, a thorough guide, and a wonderful photographer, he’s an overall great human. I was touched by how he genuinely cared for stray cats that we encountered at many of our stops, and I’m very appreciative of the delicious foods he prepared for our sunset picnic on the beach, many of which were grown in his own garden! It goes without saying, that many of the places Vlad was able to share with us are pretty much exclusive to this tour, because they’re almost impossible to reach in any other vehicle. The entire journey, as treacherous as the roads were, I had full confidence in Vlad’s driving and familiarity with the terrain. This was a beautiful, romance adventure, and a taste of the charming hospitality that Milos offers.

We booked the West Milos Sunset Jeep Adventure and it was hands down the highlight of our trip! We started around 4:45 PM, which provided the most incredible light for photos. Our guide, Slim, was fantastic and a very skilled driver. He first took us to the highest point of Milos, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire island. Afterward, we headed off-road to a stunning, secluded beach where we were the only ones there. The beach picnic during sunset, complete with a nice glass of wine, was absolutely magical. It was a bit chilly, but they were well-prepared and provided blankets, which made the whole experience super cozy and romantic. If you’re looking for a unique and personal experience on Milos, we highly recommend asking for Slim. An absolute must-do!
