Had a lovely experience with Heber Forever. He was an excellent, patient and informative guide. The whole experience was great from pick-up to drop-off. The views were spectacular! Loved it!

We went with Wayra and he was great. Very knowledgeable about the area and also just a really nice person 100%. We would book with him again and we totally would have gone on another trip if we had time on our Peru trip. 10 out of 10.

Tito is a great guide, he makes the experience much more satisfying, I recommend him 100%.

Heber Forever - gave sufficient time for picture and view time at the top. When we didn’t have enough cash on us for the horse ride up, he did offer to cover for us and we can do card with him later. Overall helpful and well thought out trip/pace

Heber Forever - Amazing experience with this tour guide who spent time making sure we were all comfortable from beginning to end. He made sure the group traveled according to plan and that nobody was left behind. Overall would recommend this tour based on the itinerary and personable service

Punctual, very charismatic guide, and the tour was very cool; the guide Tito was excellent. The only thing is that they should give more time up at the lagoon to be able to take photos calmly and appreciate the view.

Excellent! We did the tour with Heber Forever and were delighted. The guide recommended the best spot for photos, helped us take them, and was always very attentive to us. Recommended.

The guide was fantastic and shared stories about the region’s Andean legends. The lake? Beyond words. Just sit, breathe, and take it all in. It’s that kind of place. And the included meals were much better than I expected.

Wish we could go back and not do this tour. There were so many issues. 1. The operator advised there was a closure and we needed to go to another place so we needed to pay more. 2. We wanted to cancel later on but apparently it was too late, but they gave a strange reason why we couldn't cancel. 3. The tour operator was late for pickup. 4. When we were hiking, we were hiking alone for a large majority of the time. 5. We were supposed to have time to soak in the hot springs, but that never happened. 6. They bring you to a place with bathrooms, but there are no seats and you'll have to pay for TP. Hopefully you don't have to go during your hike. 7. The tour operator sent us a link to pay, but sent us the wrong amount and we were essentially held hostage at the end of the night until we fixed the amount. Oh good. I could go on, but I would simply never book with this tour company ever again.

During the tour, guide Alex and driver Willie generated a good accompaniment from the moment you are picked up at the hotel and during the journey from the Humantay lagoon. They keep an eye on your health and give you tips for the ascent and descent of the mountain. Transportation and restaurant service is spectacular.
