キノー熱帯雨林に入り、古代の木や巨大なシダなどの植物の間を短いハイキングで巡ります。 この温帯雨林の新鮮な空気と周囲は、初めての訪問者や長年のハイカーにとってスリリングな体験です。 フランクリン・D・ルーズベルト大統領がオリンピック国立公園設立時に宿泊したキノー・リゾート・ロッジで休憩します。 ロッジからはキノー湖の眺めが最高です。
華やかなルビービーチを散策します。 大きな干し草の山のような岩が連なり、ビーチには丸太がたくさん散らばっています。 ここは生々しいユニークなビーチで、多くの訪問者を驚かせます。 訪れた人は「いろんなビーチに行ったことがあるけど、こんなに見た目も感触も違うビーチは初めて」と感心した様子だった。
ホー熱帯雨林で有名な「苔の間」を歩きます。 モミジの大群の中でコケが重くなる。 また、巨大シダを見たり、キノコやヘラジカを見るかもしれません。 ※6月下旬から8月上旬は、入園の待ち時間が2時間を超えるため、ホー熱帯雨林にアクセスできない場合があります。
歴史あるフォークスの街で昼食をとります。 フォークスは『トワイライト』の吸血鬼の本や映画シリーズで取り上げられた。 昼食のオプションには以下が含まれます。 バーガーカフェ、BBQスポット、メキシカンスポット。

This was a full day with so much to see. We traveled all the way around the peninsula and we were supposed to come back on the ferry, but cut it out to get a group home faster for their dinner plans. Our group was fine with it, but advice to future travelers, this is a FULL day (7am to 9pm) so don’t try to schedule anything afterwards. A quick shout out to our guide Johnny as well! Great guide, great photographer, and an all around great guy!
This was a very comprehensive tour of Olympic Park.Be prepared for a fantastic full 12 hour day. Our guide Rachel provided us with so much information. Our stops were well planned and she made the day fun! Her lovely personality and well planned tour provided one of the best experiences! The rain forests hikes were a pure delight. Check out this tour.You won't regret it!!

This tour was a great way to see a lot of the Olympic National Forest with a limited time. Our guide Jonny was knowledgeable and flexible on itinerary to ensure my son could see Bella’s house (from Twilight) and still catch our flight on time. Be forewarned there is a lot of very bumpy driving if you get motion sickness easily, but there are a lot of stops which helps. The rainforest and beaches are breathtaking. Recommend if you have limited time because this area is a must see!

Started our day being picked up from our VBRO which was great. It was only our party of 6 on the trip that day which allowed our guide Randall to give us door to door service. It was a long day as advertised, 13 hours total, but we covered a lot of ground and saw some amazing places. Randall, who we learned had a biology degree among others, used his life experience and field work to really enhance the trip, not only did he get us from place to place and keep the day moving, his knowledge about each location added to the overall enjoyment and interest in each location. Often we'd be walking and he'd stop to point out many interesting facts at each location. We saw some incredible sights and learned a lot ! He really made the trip more than just a sight seeing adventure, though it was certainly that as well. I would recommend this trip, was worth the money. It was a long day overall, but Randall kept it moving and we could just sit back a relax while he got us to the next stop. Very organized, incredible scenery, interesting info and Randall was very personable. Overall a fantastic day!

Marc was an incredible guide! I sat shotgun with him the whole 12 hour day and got to talk life, and so many things while learning about the region. I had originally scheduled my tour for a Monday but Marc messaged me to tell me that I had to move it to the Sunday or Saturday but I found a way to make it work with my schedule even if not ideal. The tour itself was great. Loved seeing the Kurt Cobain sites in Aberdeen, and he knows so much about nature and biomes and why things grow the way they do. Ruby Beach, and Crescent Lake were the nature highlights for me. We did do a pivot where we went to the Bogachiel Rainforest instead of the Hoh but we didn't seem to miss out on too much. Forks was a pretty cool town but didn't get too much time to do anything there other than stop for lunch. The ferry ride back into Seattle at sunset provided some incredible views. Definitely carve out the whole day for this. Times are close to but not exact for much of the tour because of traffic and lunch etc. Was originally a bit tricky to find the pick up location at the hotel but once you do it makes sense (Westlake Ave side of Westin for us) . I recommend the tour for sure if you'd love to see some Washington State Nature without having to plan it yourself, and learn some things from a great guide.
