There is a lot of driving in this trip . The company should not have so many pickups . Just designate no more than four places . Our tour guide took very good care of all those on the trip . He was very knowledgeable and an excellent driver . The scenery was beautiful .
Pick up was prompt. Guide had language problem. But was a fine gentleman.He had made very good arrangements for lunch and was very friendly. He started doing his narration in Mandarin to help some of the Chinese tourists. A bilingual narration was not part of the tour. The ride was 3 hours each way .So lot of time gets spent on commute only. If you really want to see the Park , this is not for you. It’s for someone who just has a day to do it.Overall not bad for the money.

Wonderful day tour to Olympic National Park! Our guide Mitch was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the trip. He took great care of us and provided lunch, water, fresh fruit and snacks. We were so lucky with perfect clear‑sky weather, the views of the park were absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this tour!

Tour company and guide (Chris) were great. Well organized and safe driving. However, the tour itself was not worth the cost. Too many hours sitting in the van to get from place to place. 13 hour tour and probably 7 of those hours spent in the van. Do not recommend. Pick another tour.

The park is really beautiful, but unfortunately, the tour wasn’t what we expected. We could tell the Olympic tour was kind of new for Phil and we barely got any history or information of what we were seeing. The the hurricane ridge, he gave us sandwiches and drinks and sent us on our way. No idea where to hike started or ended or where the short vs long version were. He didn’t go with us. Also, everything felt rushed between random picture spots which we at least took. It needed up being a 13 hour day due to a ferry delay which Phil’s team didn’t tell him about to we waited like 2 hours for a ferry in line and for the next one combined. Phil definitely needs more training and I don’t blame him because he needs to be coached on what expectations are and routes and information. We pretty much paid just for the ride and a mediocre sandwich. No tour really. We did get lots of snacks and enough restroom breaks.

On that day, ferry operations experienced disruptions that our team was not informed of in advance. As a result, the group waited approximately two hours between queuing for the ferry and waiting for the next available sailing. This delay was entirely beyond our control, but we fully acknowledge that it had a cascading effect on the pacing of the day, making stops feel more rushed than they would be under normal conditions.We regret that our communication regarding the ferry delay was not as proactive as it should have been. We are reviewing our procedures with ferry operators to ensure that, in the future, our guides receive real-time updates that can be shared with guests immediately and transparently.We are sorry that the guide's commentary and historical knowledge were not as rich and informative as you had expected. We have arranged for Philip to undergo targeted training, along with enhanced coaching on guest engagement and storytelling. We are confident that he will become an outstanding guide.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back one day and provide you with the smooth and fulfilling experience you have always expected.

My husband and I were impressed with the sights and the awesome glacier lake. We enjoyed hiking the trails and were in awe of the park. Our guide, Ryan Si, made it memorable by giving us lots of information and sharing the history of the sights. He was also very attentive to everyone’s needs and took time to include all age group members in our tour.
