Enjoyed the night, food was nothing special, lovely boat and layout, show was great, sight of the show was most of the time not visible, people standing up taking photos and videos and walking around, no respect to other patrons, waiters constantly passing by, managers dont instruct people to remain seated. Overall great show and outing albeit a few hiccups.

We booked a group dinner on a boat, expecting a somewhat special experience, but unfortunately the expectations were largely unmet. Of luxury, honestly, we found very little. The service was rather disappointing: more than an hour passed between the appetizer plate, without it being explained to us what it contained, and the main course. When it was time to serve, the waiter informed me that the chicken I had ordered was out and brought me meat as an alternative. Even the request for typical Turkish tea turned out to be a disappointment: I was told it was finished, while the rest of the room had been served practically at the same time as the dessert. Another unpleasant aspect was the music, really very loud for the entire duration of the dinner, so much so that it made it difficult even to converse with the people sitting at our table. The only truly positive note was represented by the performances of the dancers and musicians, who knew how to provide an authentic moment of folklore and local culture, making the atmosphere more interesting. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations. I am sorry, but I do not feel like recommending it.

I was expecting to enjoy, however the trip/ experience was excellent. The food was good, service on the boat excellent, and the show high energy, and at the end everyone danced. The 2 tour guides (both called Rasul) were great, super helpful

We had a wonderful experience with Butalux - Bosphorus Luxury Cruise in Istanbul! The cruise was amazing, with beautiful views, a great atmosphere, and an unforgettable experience on the Bosphorus. A special thank you to Rasul, who picked us up from the city by bus and took us to the boat. He was extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and welcoming, making sure everything went smoothly from the very beginning. His positive attitude and kindness really made a difference and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The entire experience was well organized, and we truly enjoyed every moment. If you're visiting Istanbul and looking for a memorable Bosphorus cruise, I highly recommend this experience. And if you're lucky enough to meet Rasul, you're in great hands! Excellent tour, excellent dinner on a beautiful ship, excellent show program! My fiancée and I liked everything! The transfer, as stated from the hotel to the ship and back, the price is unchanged from when it was booked. The service is at a level, the people are polite, pleasant, and sociable. The tour was amazing. The meal was great. We tried chichken and kebab . We really enjoyed it. Our tour guide Rasul was so kind and helpful.

I don't know if it's the usual thing, but with us it didn't leave at 8, it left at 9. But only for that reason I give them a 9 out of 10 in the rating. Excellent service, very professional, lively, and cultural shows. And the views are impressive!
