Waiting several minutes for your order and receiving the bottle unopened after you had finished dinner is certainly not the level of service we expect from our guests, and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Regarding the entertainment, we understand that entertainment is a matter of personal preference, although our cruise includes live belly dancing, Tanoura and other performances as described in the Viator experience.
