We were welcomed by Giulia, her mother and their fantastic cats and introduced to the history of their family. Francis instead illustrated the wonder of the winemaking process while tasting the wines chosen for tasting. This small family winery is a gem. The wines are delicious; if you like the lighter white wine, definitely go for the Patafi, but don't forget to taste the Bevanato (Trebbiano-Spoletino). We loved their Montefalco Rosso very much, top wine for its price! And also be tempted by their somewhat heavier, but masterful Sagrantino!!! We had a great time! A spectacular tasting, we tasted Trebbiano Spoletino (both sparkling and still), Rosso di Montefalco DOC and Sagrantino DOCG, both still and raisin.
