I never received the information on where to meet the guide to get the QR code or tour the Blue Mosque. We looked all around the Hagia Sophia for the white flag and saw no one. Two other tour guides were very helpful but we’re not able to get us inside the Hagia Sophia because we didn’t have the QR code. We got all the way to the turn style but we’re turned back. We finally gave up and in reviewing my email saw I could contact the tour operator, which I did. Gamze was happy to tell me that 35 other people found the meeting location. And she sent me a screen shot of the meeting information I received. I never received that information. I don’t know when it was sent or to what email but I did not get it. Earlier in the day we had skip the line tickets for the Cistern and were directed to the white flag but the guard at the end of the line. So we were looking for a white flag. We never got directions to look for the white flag by the Cistern either. I am going to challenge the purchase with my credit card provider. I did not received complete information. I have friends visiting and they reviewed my emails and they never found any information on the meeting location. And yes, I did check span.

Recommended especially for the Blue Mosque
Beautiful mosque, very well-done tour, and the guide was a very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly guy. It is a shame that you can see very little of Hagia Sophia.
