Rita was so fun knowledgeable and easy to listen to - we spent 2 hours discussing what to cook then going out to market and being informed about all the different foods etc there - then it was back to class and cooking !! Great fun and even better food - we do cooking classes every time we travel - well up there with all the best around the world
Best cooking class I have attended. We went to market first, the chef encouraged us to select fruits, vegetables and cheeses we weren’t familiar with. She bought them all so we could taste and incorporate them in the meal. She definitely was knowledgeable on what to select when choosing the veggies and fruit. Fun day.

The market tour and cooking class with Ana was AMAZING!!! She met with us before making the short walk to the market to understand our food preferences, explained tips for selecting fresh products at the market and then taught us how to cook chorizo on an open flame, seafood cataplana, beef pica pau and pastel de nata. Ana was helpful and fun the entire time. We highly recommend.
