Very informative tours of the parm cheese and prosciutto ham factories with tasting and lunch at balsamic vinegar producer’s estate. This was a long day trip from Bologna that provided a lot of tastings! You will not need dinner! Driver was excellent and on time. Lovely tour for the 4 of us.
An amazing experience, we learned about the Prosciutto process and quality. Gary provided the best service. The tasting was amazingly delicious.
Great food and wine, all day trip tasting and seeing how parmigiana cheese, balsamic vinegar, prosciutto and Lambrusco wine is made with great lunch include. Tasted from the basic sampled to the highly aged sampled of cheese, prosciutto and balsamic.
My husband and I took this tour with our 18-year-old twin daughters. We all thoroughly enjoyed the day. The tours at all the locations were informative and interesting.

This was one of the best tours we have ever taken. It was expensive but worth it. Ricardo was our driver and he was amazing. He did not rush us and added so much information about the area. We highly recommend this tour and Ricardo.

While the trip was fantastic, our driver was superb and we would recommend Giuseppe to anyone- he and the balsamic vinegar tasting/ linch were the highlights!!

We took the train from Florence and the driver met us outside the Bologna station. Note.. the driver is a driver..not a guide. Do not expect conversation during the ride between places. Most of the tour was in the Modena region. All family owned businesses where you get to meet the owners! First was prosciutto, then balsamic, then Parmesan then wine. Eating all day! Be sure to wear shoes with tread for wet floors and farm terrain. This is a must for foodies who like to see origin of fine foods.

My wife and I had such a wonderful day. Not to diminish the start of the day but it just kept on getting better and better as the day went on. Every host was incredibly knowledgeable and we learned so much about some of the most amazing culinary items this world has to offer.
