We had an absolutely fantastic time visiting the Lakes and Johnston canyon. Our guide Naveen was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour. He filled us in on the local history and landmarks. Thoroughly recommend! Must do while in the Rockies!!!
This tour is a great way to see so much of the beauty Banff has to offer. The lakes were breathtakingly beautiful and the canyon waterfalls and natural bridge were great to see as well. We had the right amount of time at each spot to hike short trails and explore. Ram, our guide, was pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt it was a great value for the money vs. getting my own renovate and trying to figure out the parking, etc. We had a mix of solo explorers, couples and one family and it worked for everyone. Keep in mind this was a van — not a lot of room for bags, etc. Tip for this and other tour operators at the mixed pickup site; Get handheld signs with your company name and trip name printed on them to hold up outside your rigs at pickup to eliminate confusion.
Perfect excursion if you want to see the highlights all in 1 day. Not enough time for big hikes but was perfect for us. Aashish was awesome making sure everyone had a photo taken at many of the locations.
An excellent tour, with some fantastic sights and a very knowledgable and humorous guide, who let us bend the itinary a little. The meeting point was a bit chaotic with no one knowing which bus to get on and because of that we left half an hour late. I also think that if they give a time to return to the bus it should be adhered to. A few minutes late is fine but not 15. Overall a great day and well worth the money.

Very good trip with some fantastic scenery. Our guide was excellent with his knowledge and humour. The beginning was chaotic with no one really knowing which bus was theres and so we set off half an hour late and we were delayed by someone being 15 minutes late back after our first visit. we should have just left them. Overall though a really good day out.
