Had an amazing day trip in Banff, visited Banff Gondola, Banff town center, water fall at Bow river, and Johnson Canyon. Love how we do not need to wake up too early for the day tour, but our tour guide, Dave Zhu, was still able to take us to all the popular attractions scheduled for the day. Our tour guide also did a good job explaining the history and nature of the attractions. He also tried to accommodate any needs from the guests in our group. Overall we enjoyed our trip today and we highly recommend to have Dave Zhu as your tour guide for your next trip in Banff.

I booked this trip at the last minute to get access to the Sulphur Mountain gondola. With a late booking comes a slim to none chance to getting a gondola ticket. Our tour guide, Lisa, went above and beyond to secure a gondola ticket for me. You see a lot but bear in mind, your time at each of the attractions are limited in order to meet at the tour bus at the appointed time to maintain schedule. We also stopped by a few spots that were pleasant surprises. A waterfall, a castle, and the Hoodoo trail. For the cost listed, you see more attractions than advertised. I must caution that if you want to spend as much time as you want at Sulphur Mountain and Johnston Canyon, you are better off making arrangements that better suit your schedule. We spent an hour at Sulphur Mountain and an hour at Johnston Canyon. If this doesn't work for you, I recommend a private arrangement. You are also onboard a full tour bus. If you are not one for crowds, again, private arrangements are recommended. If you are social, then the tour bus arrangement will be to your liking. Overall it was a great experience, just know that there are compromises in order to get the full experience of the main attractions.

It was a long 12 hours beautiful trip from Calgary. Our tour guide Lisa was amazing, entertaining and very helpful.

Today we visited Lake Louise, Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge, feasting our eyes on the breathtaking scenery of the Canadian Rockies. Backed by snow-capped peaks, Lake Louise boasts crystal-clear turquoise water. Emerald Lake captivates visitors with its vivid green hues and tranquil, soothing atmosphere. Natural Bridge is a magnificent display of nature’s craftsmanship — every sight left us mesmerized. Special thanks to our guide Lisa. She is well-versed in local culture, geography and geology, delivering vivid, detailed commentary. The itinerary was well-paced, with ample time reserved for sightseeing and photography. Lisa was patient, thoughtful and looked after our group throughout the tour. Thanks to Lisa’s professionalism and attentive service, our Rockies trip was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended!

I am so incredibly grateful that I had Lisa as my tour guide both for this trip and the Lake Louise trip. She is so incredibly kind, funny, animated and considerate of everyone on her tour. She was cognizant that I was a solo traveller and always offered to take pictures of me so that I wouldn’t just have a bunch of selfies. She truly added to the wonder that is the Canadian Rockies and I don’t think I could have had a better time. The views were incredible and I am going home a more healed person. I highly recommend taking the time to do this tour. Lisa, thank you for your kindness, compassion, and energy.
