I had a fantastic day exploring Banff as a solo traveller. From the moment the tour started, I felt safe, welcome, and included. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and there was plenty of time to take it all in. A special mention to our tour guide, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the day. Their enthusiasm and local insights really made the experience. Martin is a great guide. Other then he made me sing a song.. 😀 because I was little late, but it was fun trip. Whole family enjoyed it. Martin was giving enough instructions and knowledge about everything on the way. Highly recommended.

This is our second trip on a Benford tour. Through these two trips, we have gained a truer and deeper appreciation of Canada's magnificent nature. The majestic mountains, crystal clear lakes, flying waterfalls, snow-capped peaks and straight forests combine to create a unique natural picture that is haunting. Perhaps that's the great charm of travel - getting out of a familiar life, experiencing nature's magnificence and beauty for yourself, and discovering the wonders of the world. Particularly commendable is our guide, Miss Lili. She was conscientious and responsible, friendly and attentive. Every time she arrives at an attraction, she makes arrangements in advance to keep everyone informed of the drop-off and rendezvous times to ensure that the entire team is organized. It is rare in a team tour that no one should show up late for the trip over these days. Not only is Miss Lily familiar with the sights and itineraries, but she can always give visitors pertinent and practical advice to make your journey easier and more enjoyable. We feel very lucky to meet such a professional, responsible and thoughtful guide. There is no doubt that Miss Lili fully deserves the five-star guide's assessment. Thank you for a pleasant and memorable trip to Canada. I hope to have the chance to join her again in the future.

The guide is professional and thoughtful, meticulous and fun to explain, attentive throughout the care. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, the food authentic and delicious, the value for money. There is no compulsory consumption throughout, play easy and fun, harvest full of good memories, highly recommended, will choose next time!
