I had a great time. I was totally relaxed and felt no stress. The lady took her time and massages my neck and head. She hit some pressure points that made me feel really good. I would do it again when I come back.

Great service. She was very accommodating since I was half an hour early to my appointment, but she took me in. In addition, I did not speak and or understand Japanese. So she showed me where to place my stuff in the locker, where the bathroom was and in the room. Translation was used to show me what will be done to my hair. She had great patience with me since I didn't understand her. The washing and shampooing with head massage was very calming, and my hair is smooth and silky even after the second day.
