Excellent experience with Monte Carlo Car Rental
We had an excellent experience with Monte Carlo Car Rental from the moment we arrived in Jordan until we returned to the airport.
The whole process was extremely smooth, fast, and professional. Although their office is outside Queen Alia Airport, it is conveniently located directly on the airport road, only about five minutes from the terminal. Mohammad Al-Fayez met us at the airport and drove us to the office. He was very polite and welcoming. When we arrived, the rental agreement was already prepared with all our information, so signing, payment, and receiving the car were completed very quickly.
The car was very clean and in excellent condition, and the price was very reasonable. We rented the car with full insurance, and during our trip we had a minor incident when a stone on the ground went underneath the car and caused a dent to the bodywork below the passenger door. When we returned the car, the team noticed the damage but, since we had full insurance, there was no argument, unnecessary questioning, or complication whatsoever. The return process remained smooth and professional, which gave us great confidence in the company and in the insurance coverage we had purchased.
A very special thanks to Muhannad Hussein. When we returned the car, he was already standing outside the office waiting for us and personally drove us to the airport. He was exceptionally polite, respectful, and professional. His attitude and hospitality made the end of our trip completely comfortable and stress-free.
Overall, excellent service, competitive prices, clean cars, and highly professional staff. Thank you to Mohammad Al-Fayez, and special thanks again to Muhannad Hussein for his outstanding manners and service.
I would definitely rent from Monte Carlo again and highly recommend them.

Trip around Jordan
We hired a car to explore Jordan: Amman, Wadi Rum, Petra. The service was brilliant and when we arrived they offered us a drink – as our flight had been a bit late – and even something to eat. They pick you up from the airport and take you to their offices :). If we go back (hopefully we will), we’ll hire a car from them again. Thank you!
