The evening before the experience, scheduled at 3 pm on April 6, 2026, exactly at 9:02 pm on April 5, 2026 I received a whats up message in English among other things where they apologized but "there are no tickets". I tried to contact them the same evening, the next day when they finally answered they were only able to answer "we understand, we're sorry" meanwhile the money was not returned to me. I had booked the business over a month ago, paying for everything right away. SCANDALOUS

Ricevere la comunicazione dell'indisponibilità dei biglietti a meno di 24 ore dalla visita programmata è sicuramente deludente, specialmente dopo aver prenotato con largo anticipo e aver organizzato il viaggio proprio attorno a questa esperienza. I casi in cui non è possibile onorare prenotazioni confermate sono rari, ma quando si verificano, devono essere gestiti con una comunicazione immediata e rimborsi tempestivi. Nothing special to see from the top of the bell tower. There was no one from the tour company to help navigate for us. The cathedral was nice. The museum we skipped as we decided to shop. Note, the museum is closed on the first tuesday of the month. Skip the line is always worth it.

They never delivered my tickets and we were not allowed entry to the Basilica and take our tour. Very Very Very disappointing!
