Fun bike ride to Mendenhall Lake with stunning scenery, then bike back to the visitor’s center with even better views of the glacier. Stop at a brewery on the way back to the ship for a flight of beers and an appetizer.

It was fantastic. The bike ride was awesome, views incredible and the micro brew (drinks and appetizers) was perfect ending. Best part was Beth our tour guide. She made the trip!! Would definitely recommend and do it again!

Amazing day. Super friendly staff. Chanell was amazing and Lucas was great. Helpful and very knowledgable. Loved the energy Chanell brought and she was so conscientious of all the riders regardless of level.

Tour was amazing. Biking through the forest was a once in a lifetime experience. Beth was really great guide. She took her time with the group and really made sure we learned about Juneau. I would recommend this tour. Biking is through a forest, I would say requires moderate activity level.

Great way to see some of Juneau, the Glacier and enjoy some beers while you’re at it! Lucas was a great guide!

We had an absolute blast on our bike and brew tour with Cycle Alaska, and a big reason for that was our guide Chanelle. She was hilarious—her timing and stories had our whole group laughing throughout the ride. At the same time she was genuinely knowledgeable and made the scenery come alive. Chanelle shared fascinating details about the Mendenhall Glacier and Nugget Falls, then led us into the Tongass National Forest on quiet, enchanting paths that took us away from the road. Riding through those mossy, peaceful trails felt like a true Alaskan adventure. One of the highlights was stopping on a wooden bridge above a stream where we watched salmon spawning right below us—an unforgettable moment she made sure we didn’t miss. She also wove in interesting bits of Juneau history that gave the whole experience extra depth. Friendly, funny, and clearly passionate about the place, Chanelle turned a great tour into a memorable one. Highly recommend requesting her if you get the chance!

There were 12 of us which I highly recommend this tour. Our tour guides Sarah and Lachlan were the BEST and truly made this an enjoyable experience.
