Jacob was the best combination of knowledgeable, helpful guide and fun storyteller. The kayaking was pristine thanks to excellent weather. The right level of enjoyment and exercise to view the glacier from a unique perspective.

What a great adventure! Jordan lead us on a fun few hours of paddling with views of the Mendenhall glacier. She was very informative and knew some amazing facts! We stopped on an island on the middle of the paddle to stretch our legs and have some snacks. Unfortunately it rained the whole time but that made it even more of an Alaskan experience. Jordan was the best tour guide! Highly recommend if you like kayaking and learning fun facts of the Juneau area.

Great kayaking experience with Jacob! We had never done seakayaking before or worn drysuits so we didnt know what to expect. They went easily over our existing clothes and kept us nice and dry throughout the tour! We got gloves and waterproof phone pouches attached to the suits as well. We had a great view of the glacier. And saw seals and Eagles along the way as well. The 3 hours flew by quickly! Highly recommended for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of town

Great time and a great tour by Jacob!! It was a beautiful day out on the water and a welcome reprieve from the cruise ship :) For anyone who may be nervous or hesitant about booking something like this not through the cruise lines... don't be! Plenty of time alotted for pick ups, drop offs, etc. We would do this again in a heartbeat, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Juneau.

We had the best experience. The water was so calm. You wear a dry suit that definitely keeps you dry. We kayaked with another family who were wonderful people. Our guide was so awesome and positive, Jordan. She was a wealth of information. She told us where to eat and try seafood fries, aka trash can fries so good. The brewery, Devils club who was recommended to us by friends who had come last year. It was such a perfect day and experience.❤️❤️

Jacob was our guide and made this trip really fun! The setting, on the water fronting Mendenhall Glacier, was magnificent! We saw seals, otters and eagles, got a great paddle workout on the water, and met some wonderful people along the way. This was a great trip and I highly recommend Paddle Juneau LLC for small group paddling around Mendenhall Glacier.
