Interesting cultural experience
Lovely tour guides who were very accomodating with my food allergies. Yatai experience was fun and food was amazing. Cruise was lovely and exciting when the tide was high going under the bridges.

We're sorry the tour didn't feel worth the price to you—that's genuinely important feedback, and we don't take it lightly.
You're right that what we offer goes beyond just the food and the cruise itself. Part of what we try to bring is the kind of local knowledge and access that's hard to come by on your own—like knowing how to navigate the Nakasu yatai scene, where there are no reservations and the experience can be pretty hit-or-miss without a guide. But we hear you, and if that value wasn't coming through clearly, that's on us to fix.
We'll take a closer look at how we set expectations before the tour. Thanks again for the honest feedback—it genuinely helps us improve.

It was a. wonderful experience with Hiro San. He did an excellent job showing us the Nakasu Yatai and the Hakata noodles and oden were top notch & tasty. He was knowledgeable and friendly and he really went out of his way to show us a good time. Highly recommended..
