My wife, my mother-in-law, and I wanted the accompaniment of a French-speaking guide, and the Ping agency organized our day perfectly, with great responsiveness and availability. We had an excellent time in the company of our guide, Hélène. Hélène, whose Chinese name escapes me—and I hope she won't hold it against me—speaks perfect French and knows the history of Xi'an and the Terracotta Army perfectly. Thanks to her, we fully enjoyed this day through insights that only a professional guide can provide. Hélène also gave us many tips for the rest of our stay that proved to be very relevant. In a city so rich in a culture with which we were not familiar, Hélène and the Ping agency put us in the best conditions. I highly recommend their services. Also worth noting is our excellent driver, who drove us all day in the greatest comfort. In short, we loved this day.

A last minute booking with company was a very smooth process. Timing was perfect and our pickup and drop offs were all very well organised. Becky, our tour guide was very attentive to our needs and was very patient with us. We did not feel pressured or rushed. She explained all the history, and more, linked to our visit very well. All the sites are amazing. The Terracotta army museum was very crowded but Becky ensured we were able to appreciate and understand the true magnificence of the site. Becky also kindly helped us to navigate through a menu for restricted dietary requirements, and this allowed us to try authentic Chinese food. Overall a very enjoyable trip and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful experience with Ting our guide and our driver Zhang. We visited the terracote warriors and we went for a tour in old Xian.

We had this amazing tour with my husband. Our guide was Rosa. She is a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and she knows all about history and most of all she is very caring and attentive. She took a great care of us during the trip and guided us to all the important spots and we had a great day! I highly recommend this tour for a very deep experience of Xian and China and especially I recommend Rosa as a guide

Ping texted me after I booked tickets for the Tang Dynasty show in Xi’an. She helped me to find my mistake with a date of the show and change it on time and found suitable guided tours with a Russian speaking guide. You know, there are 15 Russian speaking guides in Xi’an only. So, it was really luck! Of course, other languages are acceptable too, Ping can find a needed guide. Ping was always in touch with me and helped with advices during our trip. Our guide Anna and the driver were very friendly, hospitable and people in the know. 2 days tour was very interesting, eventful, informative and well organised. Million thanks to Ping and her team for our excellent experience in Xi’an. We do recommend Ping and her team if you are looking for a pleasant experience in Xi’an as well

This private tour was a good choice for a first-timer to Terracotta since you don't speak any Chinese and know nothing about 2200 years old history. It was an enriching experience, thanks to our wonderful guide Ping. She was teacher before, she was knowledgable about Chinese history, sharing many many interesting stories and details about each site of Warriors which one might miss. She is really has open mind, she could compare the culture difference and hisory development between China and Western countries since she had been to many cpuntries. She always asked if you understood the history well. Recommed this tour and Ping!
