Our guide, Carol, was absolutely fantastic! The tour was incredibly informative, and Carol was warm, welcoming, and spoke fluent English. A huge plus was that she offered to take photos for us, which is such a thoughtful touch for solo travelers and families. She happily answered all of our questions with endless patience. Highly recommended!

Celine was a wonderful...
Celine was a wonderful guide, very caring and knowledgeable. She knew the best times and spots to avoid queues and give us some good views of the historical sites. Only downside was that there wasn't much free time at each stop, there should have been more that 15-20 minutes to explore the sites on our own.

Many thanks for your thoughtful and balanced feedback. Celine will be pleased to hear that her knowledge, care, and timing contributed to such a positive experience at the historical sites. We also appreciate your constructive note about the amount of free time at each stop—it's a helpful consideration for us as we review the itinerary. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. We wish you all the best on your onward travels and hope to welcome you back in the future.

Unforgettable trip
Excellent service
The booking was very easy and the pre tour comms were very professional. Both the tour operator and the guide reached out to us the day before with details.
The pick up was well on time. Excellent car and great driver.
The agreed itinerary was kept and was very comfortable to go through. We were not rushed and allowed us to truly immerse in the experience and details.
Our guide, Salar, was very friendly and well knowledgeable about the sites and gave us lots of interesting insights.
She was also very flexible and instead of the Muslim quarter, which we visited the day before, she took us shopping instead.
We really had a great day that we will never forget.
Thank you to your service to make it happen.

Wonderful tour
Our guide Carol was magnificent in every aspect: kind, thoughtful, attentive, and very well-prepared, linguistically and historically speaking. Xi’an captivated us thanks to her during these days of the Mid-Autumn Festival. This tour is highly recommended, and ask for Carol; she will make you love the history of Xi’an and the Terracotta Army!

A great introduction to the highlights of Xi’an
A great way to see the treasures of Xi’an! Rita our guide helped us to get to see the Terra-cotta Warriors. She gave a good explanation of the history of warriors and suggested the path to take to see the best sites and get the best photos. (Please note that the Terra-cotta Warriors museum is crazy busy, so a guide who explains every artifact would be impossible). Rita gave us lots of time to see all the major highlights.
Afterwards it was off to a good buffet lunch.
Afterwards we visited the Wild Goose Pagoda. A must see for those interested in Chinese religion and/or literature.
Rita is a very good guide - I would strongly recommend this tour.

Thank you for your detailed and balanced review. We're delighted to hear that Rita made your Xi'an tour so great by explaining the warriors' history, suggesting the best paths for photos, and giving you plenty of time at each highlight. We appreciate your understanding that the museum's crowds make exhaustive explanations impractical. It's also great that you enjoyed the buffet lunch and the Wild Goose Pagoda. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to Rita. We truly appreciate your strong recommendation.
