This was an excellent private tour organized by Ping tours. The pick up and drop off was at our hotel and the entire trip amount was highly affordable. Special mention goes out to our guide David who did a fascinating work explaining the terracotta warriors and helped us click many pictures of ours.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Our guide, Elith, was absolutely fantastic — incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional and genuinely lovely. She made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic day. The vehicle was excellent — clean, comfortable and spacious, which made getting around Xi’an completely stress-free. Pick-up was seamless, everything was incredibly well organised, and we never felt rushed at any point. The Terracotta Army was absolutely incredible, and having Elith as our guide made the experience even more special. She brought the history to life and made sure we got the most out of our visit. We would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Xi’an. Elith was amazing, the whole experience was effortless, and it was worth every single cent. One of the highlights of our trip!

We had an unforgettable experience at the Terracotta Army with our amazing guide JaiJai. She picked us up at our hotel. We were at the site when it opened at 8:30. En route to the site, she gave us a full history of the Army and Emperor's Tomb. We had as much time and flexibility as we wanted at each of the Pits. She ensured we were at the best places for viewing and got excellent photos. Afterwards, she took us to a fantastic restaurant for local homemade noodles and burgers. It was perfect. It was worth every penny to do a Private tour with JiaJia and our kind driver. I would recommend it every time.

This was a fantastic experience. I definitely recommend this tour. Our driver Zhang was incredibly helpful to my family. We had excellent conversations and he is an extremely kind person. Our guide Joyce was amazing. She was great at helping us navigate the large complex and find just the right spot to see the warriors and to take pictures.

It was a very wonderful experience. We spent a day to explore the terracotta warrior complex that was not showing just statues but also the greatness of the ancient China. Miss Coco really very informative and made me learnt a lot about our “anchestors.”

Coco is a perfect guide: precise, funny and talkative and speaks excellent English. Communication and management of the group magnificent. I do not find fault with the experience and recommend it to everyone!
