Original guide didn't show up
The original guide didn't show up and gave me instructions to go to ANOTHER meeting point 20 minutes before actual event. This was extremely stressful ....so I went and waited at new location and nothing I whatsapped her and then she said she wont be there but the affiliate company will do the job. If I havent had asked her she wouldn't have told me. Extremely poor execution. I did find the affiliate company she was working with after that so at least I knew this wasn't a scam. But yeah caused me a lot of stress in the beginning.

> Dear Guest,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the change of meeting point caused you stress before the tour.
We would like to clarify that the experience you booked was a shared group tour, not a private tour with a specific guide assigned in advance. For this reason, the tour is operated by the first available licensed guide or partner company, and a particular guide's name is not guaranteed.
On the date you booked, we did not have enough participants to operate the tour from the original departure point. Rather than canceling your reservation, we arranged for you to join the same tour through one of our trusted partner operators. The alternative meeting point was only a short walk (approximately 3 minutes) from the original location, allowing you to participate in the tour exactly as scheduled.
We understand that unexpected changes can be inconvenient, and we apologize if our communication could have been clearer. However, our intention was to ensure that your tour took place as planned rather than being canceled.
Thank you for joining the tour, and we appreciate your understanding.
Kind regards,
The Management Team

Interesting places, Guide accent difficult to understand.
Walking tour with commentary. The places we went to were interesting. However, The guide had a very thick accent, and it was difficult to understand her.
