Collection on arrival was okay apart from driver constantly texting while driving. No show for return journey to airport left standing at hotel reception, sent message both 48 and 24 hrs before return journey no reply.
Great professional service. Friendly and pleasant staff and very punctual. Would definitely recommend the company.

Do not do third party.the company do not give you what you asked for.asked for vip luxury suv and received a mini van
Good morning, sorry for the misunderstanding. If you booked an SUV for the Punta Cana area, in your reservation your hotel is in La Romana, it is much further away, about 77.5 kilometers, and your flight was delayed for more than 30 minutes. We require additional charges and we provide you with a minivan service that does cover the destination of La Romana. We ask you if you want to cancel the entire reservation because you booked the wrong product. All the products say arrival area to destination Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, Uvero Alto, and Miches. Each destination has a different cost and different distance. We are very sorry for the misunderstanding. We provide you with the minivan service because it covered the hotel in La Romana, your final destination. the product was book for puntacana hotels not for romana aeras ,But we still provide you a private service directly to your hotel and without additional charges. romana its 77 kilometers from puntacana , we are verry sorry again for the misunderstood
Thanks to Toursvip, we got to know the best of Punta Cana. We snorkeled, took a catamaran ride and visited a coffee plantation. All excellent, friendly guides and very safe
gracias por confiar en nosotros, hasta pronto en Paraíso
We were a group of 6 people and the service was excellent. Spacious vehicle, air conditioning and personalized and unique attention was a good person who helped us in everything and solved our questions and curiosities
Very good transfer service from Punta Cana airport to hotel. The driver arrived on time, offered us water and explained details about the area. The car was modern and very comfortable. I will definitely hire him back for the return
My flight arrived late, but still the driver waited for me with total patience. Private transportation was excellent, fast and comfortable. Highly recommended for those traveling for business or pleasure
