The company Canceled on same day of transfer. Stated they would refund my card by email .Didn’t give explanation. I paid for a vip celebration for a birthday surprise. It was ruined. No call or WhatsApp.

I booked a round-trip airport transfer through this service for my trip to Punta Cana, and while everything eventually worked out, the experience was a little frustrating. When I arrived at the airport, I was expecting the driver to already be there waiting for me. Instead, I was asked to text them once I arrived, and I ended up waiting for the driver. When he finally called, he told me to meet him out on the street. As someone who had never been to that airport before, I had no idea where I was supposed to go, which was very frustrating and stressful. The driver also wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming. I was also expecting a Sprinter-style van like I’ve had with other airport transportation services, but the vehicle was much smaller than expected. Then, to make things more confusing, I randomly received a message saying that my booking had been cancelled, even though I had booked a round-trip transfer. I had to follow up with them twice through WhatsApp because I wasn’t receiving a response, and the Viator app wasn’t working for me once I arrived at my resort, which made communication even more difficult. Thankfully, everything was eventually confirmed, and they were on time for my return trip to the airport. It was the same driver and the same vehicle, and again, the driver wasn’t particularly friendly, but at least the pickup went smoothly and we arrived at the airport on time. Overall, I wouldn’t say the experience was terrible because they ultimately got me where I needed to go and the return pickup was on time. However, the communication, airport pickup instructions, unexpected cancellation message, and overall customer service could definitely be improved. I did absolutely enjoy my trip to the Dominican Republic and would still recommend the transportation service with the expectation that communication and customer service could be better.

The booking process was extremely easy. I was a little confused by the confirmation as it had the hotel in both the airport pick up and the return pick up spaces. Otherwise, this was a great booking. The driver was friendly and cordial. The vehicle as comfortable. This was one of a few companies that booked more than 6 people for a reasonable amount of money round trip. This is a booking I would absolutely repeat.

ELITE experience! Booked a private round trip transport from the airport to our hotel for my wife and I during our vacation to Punta Cana. Directions on meeting point for pickup were clear and there was always constant communication from the company. Our driver was super professional and the rides were smooth. We used the company for private transport on both the excursions that my wife and I took and we also booked through them for fair and reasonable prices. We will definitely be using this company again!

The “person in the car” showed up an 45 Minutes-1 hour late. He couldn’t tell me the name of business to look for because there is no name. He said look for man in white shirt. There’s all kinds of people in white shirts….the airport is completely chaotic and I am looking For a man in a white shirt. They were very “sorry” and said lots of Traffic. They barely spoke English. The caller I communicated with is different than the person that picked us up. The day we left I ask him if he could pick us up at 2:00 to go to airport. I thought I’d give them another chance. Guess what: 2:30 and no one there. I had to get the hotel to call Us a taxi. So we arrived to Punta Cana mad and left mad. Terrible communication, no reliability. How this company has 5 stars I have no clue. We are 0 for 2 with them.
I booked solo transportation from the airport to my resort. The day before my trip the business texted clear instructions via what’s app. Once I arrived there was constant contact as it can be confusing and a bit overwhelming to find your driver. I was met by Luis who then brought me over to my driver Maciel. They were both very nice. I would book transportation with this company again.
