We had an excellent experience. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and every pickup was perfectly on time. The service was smooth, professional and very well organized. The drivers were polite, careful, and drove safely, which made us feel relaxed throughout the journey. From booking to the actual transfers, everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail.
We had a great experience with Sam’s Private Transfers. The service was punctual, safe, and very well organized from start to finish. Our driver was kind, careful on the road and always made sure we were comfortable. What really stood out to us was the driver’s honesty and humility. He shared with us that many local Vietnamese drivers like him are not very confident in English, and that if their English were stronger, they might have more opportunities for better-paid office or corporate jobs. Despite that, he works incredibly hard and genuinely cares about his passengers. You can truly feel the sincerity and effort they put into their work. This is not just a transfer service — it’s people doing their best with pride. We would absolutely recommend Sam’s Private Transfers and would happily use their service again.
We booked the 9 seat vip bus, that was worth it, seats were very comfortable, the trunk was big enough, we were 4 adults 2 small children and 2 babies everything fit in. They even got car seats. The driver was very punctual and had a very good and reliable driving style, could sleep even 2 hours. Can I recommend to anyone who wants to be a bit more comfortable on the road.
The drive is very boring and terrible Only couple of possible stops along the 5 hour trip which are also horrible and not clean. The coach is not that spacious or comfortable as the picture makes it look . The driver did not speak any English. It was very cold in the car.
Dear Mr/Ms Vasandani, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. The driving route on this journey is a standard 5-hour transfer, and rest stops are limited by highway regulations. We understand that cleanliness and comfort at these stops are important, and we regret that they did not meet acceptable standards during your trip. Your comments have been noted so we can raise this matter with our partners. Regarding the vehicle, we strive to provide coaches that match the descriptions and images shown at booking. We regret if the space or comfort felt different from what you expected. As for the temperature, our vehicles are equipped with adjustable air-conditioning, and we sincerely apologize if it was not comfortable during the journey. Our drivers are experienced and professionally trained, with a strong focus on safety. While not all drivers are fluent in English, they are instructed to assist passengers as best as possible. We are sorry if the language barrier caused inconvenience. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve our service. We hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to provide you with a better experience. Kind regards, Sam.
