Driver was provided all flight details. Our flight was delayed due to bad weather by one hour and when we arrived at the airport, we were told the driver refused to pick us up because our flight had been delayed so we were left with absolutely no transportation with a family of people with a lot of luggage And didn’t find out until after we arrived. We were on the plane so we’re not able to contact anybody until we landed and found out after waiting for over 45 minutes at the driver was not gonna pick us up and had refused. These people should be taken off of the Viator providers. When drivers are provided flight details, they know when flights are delayed or in the air are rerouted around and the trip takes longer, which was in our case due to weather over Italy. We are trip went around a different direction and this driver left us stranded. Now we have to try to fight for a full refund. This driver was incompetent in his professionalism and communication skills.
