The guide itself was a low effort AI production. It did accomplish the bare minimum of describing the stops, but the commentary itself was quite unfunny and irritating. It kept repeating the same 2 overdone jokes (Verona not actually being the historical scene of Romeo and Juliet since it's a fictional story; and Verona turning the story for profit) which might be interesting the first time, but definitely not on every stop, and it was even incorrect at times by way of wording the facts in a "funny" way.
Thank you for the detail here! How a script is produced matters less than what you actually hear, and in Verona that meant the same two jokes stop after stop, with facts bent to fit them. We're going back through the Verona script to cut the repetition and put accuracy ahead of the punchline. Email us at info@ciceru.com and we'll arrange a refund.
