Such a great service. Giorgia was in contact within 10 minutes on our first booking. We have a family of five and had 11 pieces of luggage (we took a two week cruise and my mother uses a portable wheelchair). We were picked up in a 19 seat tour bus, so plenty of room for luggage and very comfortable. The driver was extremely helpful with loading and unloading our luggage and even had cold water for everyone. I contacted Giorgia through WhatsApp (which most European companies use) for our trip to the airport. Once again she responded within 10 minutes and we were pleasantly surprised to have our same driver. I can’t say enough good things about this company and especially Giorgia.
