嵐山は京都西部に位置する風光明媚な街で、自然美と文化遺産で有名です。 竹の茎がそびえ立つ魅惑的な小道を歩くことができる、象徴的な嵐山竹林で最もよく知られています。 また、美しい庭園が広がるユネスコ世界遺産の歴史ある天龍寺や、周囲の山々の息をのむような眺めが楽しめる渡月橋も見どころです。 特に春は桜、秋は紅葉の季節で、嵐山の魅力はひときわ虜になり、一年を通して人気の観光地となっています。
金閣寺（きんかくじ）は、京都市にある禅宗の名刹。 周囲の池に美しく映り込む見事な黄金色の外観で有名です。 元は応永4年（1397年）に将軍足利義満の隠居所として建立され、その後寺院に転用された。 最上層2階は金箔で覆われ、純粋さと精神的な調和を象徴している。 金閣寺はユネスコの世界遺産にも登録されており、通年、特に秋冬は景色が一段と美しくなり、訪れる人を魅了します。
「京都の台所」とも呼ばれる錦市場は、錦小路沿いの高倉通りと寺町通りの間の約400 mを走る、京都の繁華街にある賑やかな屋根付き商店街。 100〜130以上の屋台が並び、地元の農産物、魚介類、漬物、菓子、豆腐/湯葉、キッチン用品、ナイフ、陶磁器、ストリートスナックなど、素晴らしい品揃え
祇園（ぎおん）は、京都を代表する花街で、東の八坂神社と西の鴨川に挟まれた四条通り周辺にある。 商店や飲食店、御茶屋が軒を連ね、芸妓や舞妓の接待が行われている。
日本で最も有名な寺院は清水寺で、直訳すると「浄水寺」です。 780年（宝亀11年）に開湯した京都の東の森林丘陵にある音羽の滝の清らかな水から名づけられた。 日本語仏教最古の宗派の一つである法相宗と繋がり、1965年（昭和40年）に北法相宗を設立した。 1994年にユネスコの世界遺産に登録された。 清水寺の最大の特徴は木造の舞台で、本堂から周囲の丘陵上に13メートル突き出している。 色とりどりの海に咲き誇る眼下に広がる桜やモミジを、ステージから気持ちよく眺めることができる。
伏見稲荷大社（ふしみいなりたいしゃ）は、日本の京都にある、稲作・繁栄・商売の神である稲荷を祀る有名な神社である。 霊峰・稲荷山を縫うように数千本の鮮やかな赤い鳥居が並ぶ、象徴的な千本鳥居で知られる。 創建は8世紀で、成功や福を願う参拝客が訪れる。 風光明媚なハイキングコースやキツネの像（稲荷の使い ） 、 山からの眺望などがあり、伏見稲荷は精神的にも重要な場所として親しまれています。

Shan and Malik were terrific guides. They took us to every site we requested and were patient with our slow group. They were very knowledgeable about each location and helped us with shortcuts. We all enjoyed the tour immensely. I recommend the tour very highly.

Malik was very patient with us (family with two young kids) and helped us with things like our stroller and finding bathrooms on the way. He gave us some great history overviews and made sure that we were comfortable along the way. Thank you, Malik!

We stayed as a family during a round trip in Kyoto. We booked this day tour with Malik to get to the main sights in an uncomplicated way. Malik was a reliable local guide. He was able to provide information on all hotspots. We would book again! P.S. The vehicle was in impeccable condition and we were able to photograph from the car as well. Therefore, we cannot understand previous assessments in this regard.

We took a tour with Malik of Kyoto downtown area. I was quite demanding as we had a tour booked the next day that covered a lot of the sites he usually visits. It was heavy rain as well but we had an amazing time. He showed us the Higashiyama area before the other tourists arrived, The Emperor's Palace, and the stunning Sanjusangen Buddist temple. We had lunch in the market and then went onto The Gion Geisha area. He was knowledgeable and patient answering all of our questions about the Japanese culture. Thanks Malik for a great day.

Good way to visit important sights in a short time. Unfortunately, the car was equipped with blacked-out windows, which greatly impaired lateral visibility. On such a tour you also want to perceive the surroundings.
