Booked to pick up from Seminyak to airport at midday. Received texts confirming on the morning. After waiting 45 minutes after pick up time contacted company who said driver was negotiating heavy traffic due to cultural ceremony’s and road works. Fair enough. Driver arrived after another 35 mins. When asked why so late he stated he had picked up another booking from airport to Seminyak. “At the same time he was supposed to pick us up”. No apologies, no follow up. Not happy with this service.

Quick and Easy Pick Up
The driver was in constant communication with me. From the moment we landed. Our airport process was quick and seamless and the driver was there waiting. I really like the ability to text back in forth with him. It put my mind at ease. He also sent a picture of the sign he would be holding and with SO MANY OTHER drivers holding signs, it made him easy to spot!

Messages what’s app number they gave - no response. Messaged Viator chat - no response.
20 minutes later booked another ride.

Excellent service
Our driver was punctual and communicative, and very friendly, sharing tidbits of information about Bali along our drive. Having a pre booked driver really helped ease my mind as I knew I didn’t have to worry about negotiating a taxi after a long day of travel. can’t recommend this service enough.
