Very good
Very nice driver and very ok car. He was punctual and the car was new and super clean. We did like it.

Overly helpful and professional!
Met us at airport, on time, and helped with luggage. Dressed very professional in a suit and gave us commentary as we drove to our airbnb. We had to stop to pick up a key and extremely kind to do so, even offering to go in with me to obtain it.

I’d use them again!
Driver met us as planned. Took care of our luggage. He was pleasant and we felt comfortable driving with him.

Excellent service and accommodating
Our flight was delayed and arrived in Auckland over an hour late. The transfer service contacted us PROOR to departure, approximately 17 hours before our arrival time, to say they noticed we had been delayed and they would need to adjust our pickup time with their schedule. When we landed late, the transfer company kept us informed of our driver’s location. The driver, Garry, even called us. Garry was extremely helpful and pleasant and was an excellent driver. The vehicle, a VW SUV, was comfy and clean. I have had other transfer services cancel when our plane was delayed by more than an hour. But, they kept us well informed and, after a 15 hour flight, it was great to know they were still going to get us. Thank you Garry and the service!

Good, but.........
Our Airport pickup was over an hour late due to breakdown of vehicle. Operator did not know of this until I called that we had not been picked up. Once transportation arrived, the driver was excellent and the van was wonderful.
事業者からの返答
Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologise for the delay to your airport pickup caused by an unexpected vehicle issue. We understand how frustrating this would have been after your arrival, and we regret that our communication did not meet expectations. We are pleased to hear that once the replacement vehicle arrived, the driver provided excellent service and that the van met your expectations. To acknowledge the inconvenience caused, we would be happy to arrange a future travel credit if you wish—please feel free to reach out to us via Viator so we can assist. Your feedback has been shared internally, and we have taken steps to strengthen our contingency and communication procedures going forward.

Great service
Easy to book! Only problem we had was not having a clue where to meet the driver. We walked to the location of the pick up Spot only to find out he was inside the airport. Fabulous vehicle and so clean!!!

Our plane was late but...
Our plane was late but the driver was still there to meet us. They had called as we disembarked the plane giving us confidence that they were waiting

Prompt and driver knew...
Prompt and driver knew his way to get through traffic to the airport. Nice black premium SUV too! Great value for price.

Excellent Airport Pickup Experience
Viator and the car service made it incredibly easy to connect with the driver, Taran, and to find the driver after a very long journey from the US and a lengthy immigration process. Taran was professional, pleasant, and very helpful. I would be very happy to use this service anytime I return to Auckland.
