Nako was great! Informative, friendly and cheerful! She went around checking how we were doing and providing good feedback and tips. The experience was interactive and we had a choice of 4 different knifes. You get a small santoku knife which is included but you can pay 1000 yen to 5000 yen more depending on if you wanted a different knife Wonderful English speaking and engaging knife

Incredible experience! Very helpful and guided us through the knife making without any problems. They were also very hospitable and kind to us, especially Nako and Arata! The choice of knives were great and we were able to engrave words onto it. Would recommend.

We had a great time learning how to sharpen our own knives and learning the proper way to take care of a Japanese knife. Our instructor Nako was incredible and very knowledgeable and also super fun! Highly recommended experience!
