I am reaching out to you because it was impossible to reach you by phone before my visit on May 27 at 5:00 PM at the Vatican Museum. I arrived 10 minutes early at your office, and I did not find you, and you did not answer my phone call, which I find unacceptable. As a result, I had to buy another ticket to access the museum for €20, even though I had already purchased a ticket for €90 from Viator.

The worst experience of my life. Started with the meeting point where the young man kept talking but wouldn’t answer my question. Then when we get to the museum we still had to wait in line to get in. While inside there was no one to help. No maps. The people that sold us the audio guide did not show us how to use it. Too many people. Like cattle being pushed along. If I had know about the experience I would never have tried it.

Our responsibility was to provide valid tickets and assistance with entry, which we successfully did. On the day of your visit, the Vatican Museums experienced exceptionally high visitor numbers. While your ticket allowed you to use the reserved entrance, all visitors, including those with skip-the-line tickets, were required to pass through the mandatory Vatican security screening. Unfortunately, the length of the security line is entirely managed by the Vatican Museums and is beyond our control. Despite the severe ticket shortage on that date, we secured your tickets and ensured you were able to visit. We understand the wait at security was frustrating, but this should not be confused with the ticket service we provided. The remaining concerns in your review—such as the museum layout, crowd levels, maps, audio guide instructions, and the overall visitor experience inside the Vatican Museums—are all managed by the Vatican Museums and are outside the scope of our service. We purchased the tickets understanding we would not have a tour guide. They didn't even bring us to the gate just told us to go the first street and make a left then go strainght.. we past the entrance because we had to go left then make a right. The skip the line was a joke, there was a huge line for the skip the line. Pass. We got on the line ant 4:45 and entrance tickets for on line and didn't enter until 5:50. We had to rush through to get to the Sistine chapel because even inside there are so many rooms to walk through before getting to the chapel, it was closing at 7:30. We should have went earlier, and I should have booked a ticket with a tour guy.

We contacted the operator a few days before & were sent our tickets via WhatsApp. Everything was easy and we enjoyed this experience so much.
Our experience was great. The communication was good and we were escorted to the Vatican and put in the correct line which made our entry quick and easy! I highly recommend without hesitation.
