No instructions on how to proceed other than go to the Visitor Center. Poor man at the greeting desk had no clue but assisted us as best he was able. A call to customer service finally provided the access information. We then fought for 25 minutes on an outside app download. Audio, required for the tour, was never above a level 1. We finally gave up and, with the map provided by the Visitor Center, jumped in our car and toured by ourselves. There's a reason this was so cheap!
Hi Lori, we're sorry for the confusion — and we'd like to clarify what this product is, for you and for anyone reading. This is a self-guided audio tour delivered through the CloudGuide app. There's no in-person guide and no staff or check-in at any location, so the Visitor Center wouldn't have had any record of it — the address is only a suggested starting point, not a service desk. The full instructions for accessing the tour are included on your ticket, along with your access code (printed just below the barcode), and the tour can be streamed without a lengthy download, so it's designed to be quick to start on your own without needing to call anyone. We're sorry the experience didn't match what you were expecting. If you'd like to give it another try, please reach out to us via Viator with your booking reference and we'll gladly walk you through getting started — the rest of your access is still valid. Kind regards, The CloudGuide team
