AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Scandalous behavior and endangering passengers (Driver Alessia)** An absolutely shameful experience. We had booked a guided tour of Rome, but we were mistreated from the very first minute by the driver, Alessia. Even before starting, she was aggressive, threatening to call her boss and kick us out of the vehicle for no reason, falsely accusing me of rudeness. Finally, the ride begins, but she drives in an extremely dangerous manner ("like a maniac"), with no respect for my 86-year-old mother who was with me. She refused to answer our questions and was rarely rude. The worst happened at the Trevi Fountain: she dropped us off, telling us with a big smile to take our time and that she would wait for us. It was a trap. She abandoned us in the middle of the street. After 20 minutes of waiting with my exhausted mother, she simply canceled the ride, claiming again that we were rude. I contacted her manager who was just as mediocre and supported his driver without any empathy. Leaving an 86-year-old person on the sidewalk after a 15-minute trip is unacceptable. Customer service zero. Safety zero. Humanity zero. Absolutely avoid this company if you do not want to end up abandoned in the street.

An all-around successful three-hour golf cart tour! Our guide was super likable, warm, and wonderfully accommodated our wishes. It was especially nice that she also kept including our 10-year-old son. Her Italian temperament and her humorous manner made the tour a truly beautiful experience. Absolute recommendation!

There were 7 of us and we had a great tour through Rome. The booking and communication beforehand were uncomplicated. Since we booked on short notice, we were able to pay conveniently on-site. We were picked up on time at our desired location and, after the tour, were taken back to wherever we wanted to go. The 3-hour tour was great. We saw the most important sights and had enough time at every stop to get out, take photos, and look around. In between, there was an ice cream break. At 38 degrees, the ride in the golf cart was perfect thanks to the pleasant breeze. A big compliment to our guide Linart. He speaks German and English, was very friendly, and told us many interesting things about Rome and its history. We really enjoyed the tour. We can definitely recommend it!

Samman, was awesome to put it mildly…. He went above and beyond to explain everything about Rome and made our trip one of the best experiences ever. From Coliseum to Trevi to Pantheon, Captoline hill, and everything else…. Also the places to eat …. He knew what was best. Would strongly recommend to ask for Samman for the tour if you want the best…
