We stayed in Asakusa, so walking to the meeting point was easy. The staff was already there when we arrived, so we didn't have to guess where to go. Bus was comfy enough. Main thing for us was just skipping the subway transfers with our bags. The ticket QR code worked fine at the gate. Simple and did the job.

Everything went super smoothly from start to finish! We received our tickets in advance and the instructions were very clear.
