So glad we booked a private tour. The night before our trip my wife developed a stomach bug and it was less than a “perfect day”. On the other hand, we had a “perfect” guide, Douglas, was very understanding and offered to delay the trip a few hours. Also, he shared waking times and what we could see on each adventure so we could tailor make the trip and how long we wanted to stay at each stop. As a result, we got a perfect trip getting to see the main highlights on both sides. In addition, our guide had a great sense of humor, spoke perfect English, we never had to wait in lines or for the train and he was very knowledgeable of the sites . If we ever made another trip to the area, Douglas would be our guide! We can’t wait to share with our Florida family and friends about our awesome guide and perfect trip.

10/10 PLZ GO WITH DOUGLAS. wow. Was this easy. I’m a solo female traveler. Douglas picked me up at my resort (Loo Suites also recommend) at 7:30am. He drove me to the Argentinian side of falls and let me explore for 5 hours after giving me a detailed layout of the park and giving me the inside tips! Then, drove me to the Brazilian side easyyyyy peasyyyy border control. He’s professional and knowledgeable!!

We spent one of the best days my daughter and I ever could have imagined. From the prompt pick up to allowing for changes on the tour (adding a boat ride and helicopter ride in last minute). He acted with professionalism and truly cared about making it one of the best excursions I’ve ever been on. He even allowed us to see the falls at dusk when no one else was there. We appreciated his dedication and ease of moving us through a very active day. If you’re looking for an experienced wonderful guide you can’t go wrong with DGTour Foz do Iguacu. The experience was wonderful, the guide Douglas was promptly at the scheduled time in front of the hotel, we went to Argentina first, he helped me buy the tickets for the national park and recommended that I take Argentine money, because the cash register in Argentina usually has problems with cards, then we went to the falls, with all the knowledge about fauna and flora, he also gave me several historical explanations, soon after we went to Brazil, we had priority access inside the park because he can drive inside the park on the Brazilian side, we did the trail to the falls and everything was magnificent, I highly recommend this tour with Douglas Albino, the owner of DGTOUR.
