The two sweet, fun, and incredibly engaged guides made the day something very special. Rarely has one experienced such a well-organized trip. Comfortable cool minibus, delicious place to eat, and lots of information all the time, and also if you asked. From the time from pick up to drop off at our hotel, Nilsa was friendly, energetic and excited to share her knowledge and experience. As a private group of three, we comfortable did both sides of Iguassu Falls but be mindful of the high season as it would be very busy. If you’re limited by time, the Brazil side is the pick where you can get up close and really feel like you’re immersed in the falls. Booking a private tour with Nilsa saved us time at the border crossing and with ticket lines enabling us to maximise our time seeing the incredible falls. You will not be disappointed with Nilsa, she is friendly, knowledgeable, experience and she made our experience.

If you visit Iguazu and you want to see the Falls, do yourself a favour and book a private tour with Nilsa. Nilsa is so professional and her infectious personality makes the tour even more enjoyable. She is so knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell anything. She genuinely cares about you having a great experience. The lines for everything were so long but because we were on a private tour, we just followed Nilsa straight through fast gates and so wasted no time at all - a great perk of the private tour and so worth the extra funds. Nothing was too much trouble and the day was incredible exploring both the Argentinian and Brazil side of the Falls.

Nilsa was incredible! Very knowledgeable and knew all the short cuts to enable us to make the most of our visit to both sides of the falls. She genuinely loved her job and wanted us to have the best experience possible. 5 stars doesn’t seem enough!
