この少人数のツアーでは、5つの本格的なソフィア料理が行き交う道を外れて市内を通り抜けます。フレーク状のバニツァやタイルで焼いたチーズから、昔ながらの詰め物であるペッパー、ゆっくりと調理されたラム、そしてサプライズデザートまで。 各停留所では、地元の生活、歴史、味の一部を見ることができます。すべて地元の情熱的なホストが案内します。 ソフィアの歴史ある公共トラムで1日シティカードで移動しながら、複数の停留所で本格的なブルガリアの特産品を味わうことができます！ ご注意：テイスティングメニューはオプションで、在庫状況または季節の食材によって調整される場合があります。 お腹が空いた状態でお越しになり、事前に大きな朝食を抜くことをお勧めします！

ネオビザンチン様式で建てられたこの大聖堂は、世界最大の東方正教会の大聖堂の一つであり、ソフィアのシンボルおよび主要な観光名所の一つでもあります。
この建物は、ウィーンの建築家フリードリヒ・シュヴァンベルクによる新古典主義様式の設計で、1881年から1883年にかけて建てられました。
850 万点の文書を所蔵する国立図書館「聖キュリロスと聖メトディオス」は、ブルガリア最大の蔵書庫です。館内では特別展も開催されます。古くて希少で貴重な書籍のコレクションには、15 世紀から 21 世紀にかけて印刷された書籍や定期刊行物の合計約 17,000 冊が含まれています。資料は個別のコレクションに整理されています。
国会議事堂は歴史的に重要な建物であり、文化遺産でもあります。建築家コンスタンティン・ヨヴァノヴィッチの設計により、1884年から1886年にかけて建設されました。
ソフィア大学「聖クリメント・オフリドスキ」と「聖キリルと聖メトディオス」国立図書館はイーグルス橋の近くにあります。大学は 1888 年 10 月 1 日に設立されました。月曜日から金曜日までの訪問者は、大きなステンドグラスの窓がある素晴らしい中央ホールも見学できます。
140 年以上前に設立され、首都で最も重要な貿易センターの 1 つになりました。毎日約 6 万人がジェンスキ パザール市場を訪れます。市場はソフィアのいわゆる寛容地域にあります。その名前は、ブルガリアのすべての公式宗教団体の寺院が近くにあることにちなんで付けられました。ここには、「聖キュリロスと聖メトディオス」教会、「バニャ バシ」モスク、ソフィア中央シナゴーグがあります。
セルディカの最初の城壁は、2 世紀後半に建設されました。幅は 2.20 メートルでした。3 世紀末から 4 世紀初頭にかけて、城壁の改修が行われ、城壁の前に、西門の西 14 メートルのところに、深さ約 2 メートル、幅約 5 メートルの溝が掘られ、4 世紀に機能しました。
古代の文化コミュニケーション複合施設「セルディカ」は、2 つのゾーンに分かれたさまざまな目的のエリアで構成されています。ネザヴィシモスト広場の下にある「ラルゴ」ゾーンは、発掘された考古学的遺跡を文化イベントの会場に統合しています。ここでは、ローマの町の 2 つのメイン ストリートの 1 つである、町の東門と西門を結ぶデクマヌス マキシムスの遺跡を見ることができます。その南側には、インスラ (都市ブロック) 全体を占める大きな住宅の建物が見えます。建物には小さな店もあり、旅行者や町の住民はそこで食べ物やさまざまな商品を購入できました。
ソフィア中央シナゴーグの建物は、ブルガリアのユダヤ人コミュニティの誇りとして正しく表現されています。ヨーロッパで最大の 3 つのセファルディム系 (スペイン系ユダヤ人) シナゴーグの 1 つであり、バルカン半島最大のシナゴーグです。
訪問者は市内の天然温泉（摂氏46度）を見に行きます。現在の中央鉱泉浴場の建物は、ウィーン分離派様式で設計されましたが、ブルガリア、ビザンチン、東方正教会の装飾要素を典型的に取り入れており、建築家ペトコ・モムチロフとフリードリヒ・グリュナンガーによって1904年から1905年にかけて設計され、1906年1月30日にオーストリア人（1889年）のプロジェクトとして承認されました。
このモスクは、モッラー・エフェンディ・カダ・セイフッラーの主導と財政的支援によって建てられ、モッラー・エフェンディ・モスクとしても知られています。設計は、エディルネのスルタン・セリム・モスクやイスタンブールのスレイマニエ・モスクも手掛けた有名なオスマン帝国の建築家ミマール・スィナンです。 入口のアーチの上にある数字の 974 から、このモスクはヒジュラ暦 (イスラム暦) 974 年、つまり西暦 1566 年から 1567 年に建てられたと考えられています。

Do yourself a favour and if in Sofia do this tour with Petar. I just spent the day with him and the places he took me were amazing. Places a tourist would never find or they did not walk into to. Through the different neighbourhoods and even a couple of tram rides. And you get to keep your day pass to use up til midnight. The food I had was amazing and food that I would never think to try or even knew existed. I cannot recommend Petar enough, he was knowledgeable, funny and great fun to talk with and have a beer with. Leading a group of 6 people was not seem to be a problem for Peter on this tour, as he is very well organized, have a clear plan what menu to taste and what story to tell. Everything runs smooth without rushing. Peter leads us to some kind of hidden-gem restaurants, where normal tourist wont find them easily :). We cant remember all the drinks and dishes name, but all were fantastic and authentic. Thank you Peter, we wish you more success with your upcoming tours!
