Absolutely brilliant experience. Our tour guide Romeo was brilliant nothing was too much. Everything was brilliant from start to finish. A+++++
Fun adventure, both spots are beautiful. Dunns River is a nice warm up for blue hole. Our driver Romeo, was very friendly and helpful, all of our tour guides were fun and made us feel very safe climbing the falls or jumping off the cliffs! Would 100% recommend.

Our tour driver contacted us less than twelve hours before pick up time to inform us that our pick up time had been moved up by two hours (9:30am to 7:30am). Excursion is advertised as “Private Tour”, “only your group will participate”. We were only told on our way to pick up two more people that “the listing must be wrong”. Advertised duration of this excursion is 4 hours, there is absolutely NO WAY to do this activity in 4 hours. It is a two hour commute (each way) from Montego Bay cruise port to Falls / Lagoon. So after four hours in the road, the activity is approximately two hours. We are actually lucky the tour driver asked us to come earlier, else we would’ve missed our ship. Luckily, our driver knew the importance of getting back on time. We have never cut it that close on return and spent two stressful hours on the return trip watching Google Maps for traffic & arrival times. The actual activity is great! The falls are beautiful and the lagoon was so much fun with the jumps. Viator is to blame for the misleading advertisement. I’d recommend the activity, but please be mindful it’s at least a 6 hour trip.
Thank you guys for booking with us but u wouldn’t have been the first person to book this excursion from the cruise ship in Montego Bay port, and we never had anyone who got back late for the their all aboard time,I had to contact you and let you know that a 9:30 departure time won’t work for this excursion on a day where we have 6 cruise ship on the island,I know u guys had a great time I told you,you don’t need to worry and u made it back 30 minutes before your all aboard time.the entire activity takes about 6 hours depending on traffic it could take a less time.it was listed as private and will remain as private now that it was brought to our attention thank you for your support.
This was a great experience! Romeo makes sure you have the best time and takes cares of anything you might need while you’re with him. The tours were beautiful and fun, a great day to explore Jamaica!

This is a private tour. There were two of us with son. Romeo picked us up on time, was very friendly. The tour was great! First we went to Dunns River Falls and then Blue Hole. We wouldn't have to wait for a group, just the two of us. Romeo also told us a lot would be of the ride and advised us to take a guide on Dunns River. The guides guide guests for a small donation. Highly recommended! We loved it!
We booked though TripAdvisor/Viator in September 2025 for this tour in March 2026. Trip Advisor/Viator Subcontracts to local operators (in our case A.I. W. Tours). On the day of the tour, we got our family up early and waited. No tour guide. When I called the operator (60 mins late) the verbatim response was "Oh s*** I forgot about you". Very apologetic and we agreed to rebook the experience two days later. The operator and I discussed compensation for his error and I explained that I would be making a complaint to Viator. Our kids were really disappointed and groggy as they took some Gravol for the drive. The following day, the operator called me and was upset as I had emailed Viator to complain about the situation. Complete change of tone and he was aggressive and hostile on the phone. Based on his behavior, I did not feel comfortable taking my family on an excursion with him and he agreed to refund my full amount spent. It took Trip Advisor/Viator another couple of days to send me a message and complete the refund. We rebooked with a different company that was recommend though the hotel afterwards and had a great time.
Sir your not honest, as I explained to you that our dispatcher over looked your booking it was a Honest mistake that can happen to anyone so I apologize many times and offer you and your family a full refund or a free excursion if you reschedule for a next day you said you don’t want a free excursion but you still want to do the activities and a partial refund and I said ok,how much do you want and you said when I come pick u up we will discuss it and I said no problem,on the day before the reschedule date I got a email from Viator telling me that you requested a full refund,I was confused by this because you had said you still want to do the activities and a partial refund that I agreed to,so I call you and ask you about the full refund request that you had made and that’s when you started yelling and and demanding that I should come pick you up the fallowing day and grant you a full refund,at that point i stop you from talking because you were very demanding rude on a matter that can’t be resolved the way you wanted,at this point I realize you only wanted to exploit us because of the misunderstanding of your pick up so I said to you I will tell Viator to refund you in full and won’t be picking you up the fallowing day because I would not get payed to do it nor will I get back the money I would have paid for you and your family to do the activities, with all of that explained you still demand that you want me to pick you up for free, that just wasn’t possible with your full refund request

My driver was great! My driver was Romeo! He was very polite and friendly. Made me feel super comfortable for traveling alone. Provided a very nice ride with your choice of music! I recommend booking with them and having Romeo as your driver!
I just told the guide that my line had had a fever the night before the excursion and that until evening I would have said so if I had canceled. I never cancelled the tour and he didn't show up on the port of montego bay the same day. No return of money
Sir thats not how it went you were suppose to get back to me later that day to finalize if you were still doing the activities and you did not get back to me i was the one who reach out to you while i was finalizing my activities for the next day the night before your pick up, by the time you had responded to my message i had already finalize for the next day and went to bed, i saw your response when i wake in the morning we atlk over the phone so i end up getting a driver for u but you decided that you going with someone else, no other client have had any bad experience with us i have no control over your refund because didnt request it from the platform in time so please dont blame me
