Love the vibe of the Museum they totally nailed it. My favorite part was the airplane room!! So creative!! But in the other rooms I felt not enough explanation of what to do or what was available. They had really creative options if you could find them. All rooms needed attendants. The final arcade room had way too many games that didn’t function!! Like 90% broke!! But they had 8 flavors of ice cream to try. The slide and sprinkle pit was a huge win with the 5 year old and getting to slide multiple times was awesome!! The place was clean just not always functioning as I previously described. We were all glad we went, but from an adult prospective, I like to see all activities working, and well described with expectations in each activity room.

It is such a fun experience. Don’t miss it Especially if you have kids. It is interactive with unlimited ice cream scoops for Everyone.

You and your kids will truly enjoy. It was so much things to do. My kids wanted to stay longer. Host made them feel like they were on an airplane ride l😁 she served each person ice cream while sitting. The money was well worth it. The indoor slide had me screaming like a kid 🤣😂😆

My kids had a great time at the "Museum" of Ice Cream, but it helps to go into the experience with the proper set of expectations. This isn't really a museum. It is a cute experience with different ice-cream themed rooms that offers some fixed ice cream samples throughout. There is some information about ice cream scattered throughout the experience, but that isn't really the point. All of the staff was really nice and helpful. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. My daughter's favorite part was the slide, while my son took up the "all you can eat ice cream" challenge by taking multiple samples of ice cream. Would I give the experience 5 stars as an adult? Probably not. But my kids loved it and both gave it 5 stars. And that was really the point of us going in the first place.

Everything was amazing , my kids and I had a wonderful time . The staff were extremely nice and made the experience ever better . The ice cream was a 10/10 . Will definitely be coming back soon

If you like ice cream this is the place for you. Great for all ages. Very clean. Staff was absolutely amazing. Honey started our journey then Mojito took us on our flight to funland. Reeses was a joy. He showed us the hidden adventures in the freezers. Took many pictures for us with our phones. Super nice guy. Midnight Rum was amazing and made a great pinktini. Orange finished up our visit in the gift shop and definitely put a smile on our face. Well done Museum of Ice Cream Staff. You definitely made our trip enjoyable.

This place is too cute! I love an immersive experience and the museum of ice cream is a winner. The welcome staff were always in character! Loved the entire experience. A plus you get ice cream throughout the visit! We had kids on our tour, so be aware. They weren't a hinderance but you won't be able to do all the things if a large group of kids are with you. Loved the games and the photo opportunities! I would go again!
