An unforgettable day trip! Johnny was an absolutely brilliant guide - super welcoming, funny and highly knowledgeable. He made sure we saw tons of nice spots. Dunrobin Castle was great and the falconry show was very interesting and absolutely worth seeing. It was just an all-around great day trip. We would book again anytime !

Johnny our tour guide was wonderful and very accommodating. The places he took us were great. We wanted to see highland cows so he took us to a place where we could get up close to them to get photos!

Our guide Johnny was great and very knowledgeable. He also modified the order of sights scheduled to accommodate the weather. We were picked up and dropped off from our cruise ship. The Scottish treats at the end of the tour was a nice touch.

My husband and I reached the meeting point well ahead of schedule and were delighted to find our guide already there and ready to go! As we arrived at the generously-sized vehicle, he recommended which seat each of us should occupy for the best views and set a box containing a lovely assortment of snacks within easy reach. As the day progressed we enjoyed one amazing experience after another, with our guide's engaging narrative adding depth and richness. Arriving at Black Rock Gorge, we enjoyed a serene, relaxing walk along the path, surrounded by natural beauty of the area. Millionaire's View did not disappoint, offering a splendid vantage point from which to admire the breathtaking countryside -- even in somewhat foggy conditions. Dunrobin Castle was definitely the highlight of the day, with its awesome falconry display, splendid gardens, and beautifully maintained castle! As we toured the castle, our guide gave such stunning, expert commentary that other tourists stopped to listen! After leaving the castle, we did spot a few distant seals on the sandy shore of Loch Fleet and also had the pleasant surprise of seeing a pair of black Highland cows (coos) a bit farther on. Our final stop, Dornoch Cathedral, was well-maintained, historically rich, and contains an impressive collection of inspiring stained glass windows and beautifully carved woodwork. Overall, the tour itinerary looked very nice on paper, but was far more impressive in person -- especially when brought to life by the carefully crafted stories of our expert guide! We highly recommend this tour to any couple, family, or small group and are very confident it will exceed your expectations, as it did ours!

Highly recommend. Johnny was very informative and accommodating. We would not have seen as much as the highlands as we did without this tour. It feels worth the price if you’re coming from far away. He made it feel very special.

We booked this tour though we made some alterations. We had an unbelievable time, it was so much fun! Johnny thought of everything and is so knowledge, I'd highly recommend this company!

We were picked up in a very clean, comfortable automobile with waters for everyone and the box full of treats. Tony was very kind and informative. When we did the castle tour he came with us and did a lot of interesting facts about the history of the family. Later in the day, we did a whiskey tasting, and he explained on how to drink it and took lots of pictures for us. We would strongly recommend Tony in his tour, I feel he went above and beyond.

Our guide was incredible, he took us to spots we would of never seen on our own. Great knowledge of history and Scotland sites. And a surprise whiskey and Scottish snacks tasting at the end. One of the best tours we have ever been on!

John and Tony Munro are incredible guides. They clearly know the history of the region and country and are able to add little known tidbits of interesting information that makes the experience more exciting. They are friendly, funny, and make you feel right at home with the way they share anecdotes and answer questions. My wife and I were thrilled with our two days with these guys and would use them again if we return to Scotland. Don't miss out, give this tour a chance and I guarantee that you will get more than your money's worth!
