サン・ルーカス島国立公園に到着する前に、ニコヤ湾でイルカを探してみるため寄り道します。干潮時には、「フェラ」と呼ばれる巨大な沈没船の一部を見ることができます。この船は多くの生物の住処となっており、数種の軟体動物、魚類、さらにはイルカの繁殖地と考えられています。
サンルーカス島国立公園に到着すると、パークレンジャーがお迎えし、日よけまでご案内します。そこで説明と入場者数の確認を行います。国立公園への入場には、身分証明書またはパスポートをご持参ください。携帯電話の写真付き、またはご持参ください。 資格を持ったガイドが、かつてコスタリカ史上最も有名な刑務所だったこの刑務所の各独房の隅々まで案内してくれます。作家のホセ・レオン・サンチェスがここで過ごし、彼の最も有名な小説『孤独な男たちの島』を書き始めた場所です。 刑務所の見学ツアーの最後には、サン ルーカス島の美しいビーチでゆっくりする時間があります。エメラルドグリーンの海で泳いだり、トロピカル フルーツを楽しんだり、ただ自然に身を任せたりすることができます。

Excellent tour. We did it as part of an educational tour. All punctual, the boats in perfect condition, very informed guides. A very enriching experience to learn more about Costa Rican history. If you've ever read The Island of Lonely Men, this walk will fascinate you.

We did a tour to Isla San Lucas super recommended, the guide Rachel super good knew everything! He answered all our doubts and was very pure life as was the captain. They served us super well, the food and snacks very rich, and the beautiful beach 🫶🏼

A great tour, our guide, Olger, gave us a great tour, with many interesting details and stories. The tour around the island and the beach also amazing, with lots of information about birds, animals and rock formations in the area. In the future we will do more tours with Coco's tours.
