神戸は日本では観光客にはあまり知られていません。だから東京、京都、大阪とは違った旅が楽しめます。一人では見つけられない、今までにない体験ができるバーを3軒紹介します。しかも、日本にしかないユニークなスタイルのバーです。 1軒目は線路沿いの路地にある「立呑み屋」。席なしで立ち飲みできます。:) 2軒目は「居酒屋」。日本で最も人気のある、特別な雰囲気のバースタイルです。珍しいビール、焼酎、泡盛があります。 3軒目は、酒ソムリエがおもてなしする小料理屋。その日のおすすめ日本酒を特別に提供しています。また、日本の家庭料理も味わえます。 これらは地元の人しか知らないお店です。英語メニューがないので観光客がほとんど来ないので、どれも私のお気に入りでおすすめです。特に小料理屋は観光客にはあまり知られていません。だから特別な思い出が作れると信じています。

神戸三宮の中心部にある隠れ家バー3軒を巡ります。地元のビジネスマンしか知らないバーです。英語メニューがないため外国人観光客が少ないので、どれも私のお気に入りでおすすめです。 立ち飲み屋、居酒屋、日本酒ソムリエがいる小料理屋にご案内します。 それぞれ徒歩5分圏内です。 その日のおすすめ料理を注文しますが、何か食べたいものがあればお知らせください。 日本の郷土料理を飲みながら楽しく過ごしましょう。 その他の注意事項 基本プランには、日本料理とビール、日本酒、焼酎、泡盛、チューハイなどが含まれます。何か飲みたいものや飲めないものがあれば、他のものを注文できます。ただし、追加料金がかかる場合があります。 バーからバーへ歩きます。天候や気温に合わせた服を着る必要があります。

Tammy did a great job curating a variety of local flair. In every one of the 3 locations it was a different style food, drink and environment. From a local bar with a unique flair on cashu to a "standing bar" filled with post-workday locals eating suchi to a curated sake. Certainly a way to get away from a tourist trap and experience a variety quickly. On a logistics and leder note, Tammy was very proactive with instructions, accommodating to my day-of booking, and entertained my questions about Japanese culture all evening. He even taught me how to say happy birthday in Japanese to the sake sommelier!
This was a remarkable tour. Tammy was such a sensational host, and it didn't take long for me to feel comfortable even though it was just the two of us. Tammy introduced me to three glorious eating spots hidden around Sannomiya Station, and I made a few other associates along the way through Tammy. I was very happy I booked this trip, and would recommend it to anyone that wants a glimpse into what a fine Kobe culinary experience feels like. A++.
As a last-minute booking for a solo trip, I was a little nervous. Even more when I realized it was just the guide and I. But I had a great time visiting bars in Kobe that I would have never found on my own. If you don't speak/read japanese, I highly recommend this tour to find some great bars and restaurants in Kobe✨️
