Nightmare of arrival and departure to Key West

Utter disappointment!!!! Do not book!!! The pickup time was delayed by 50 minutes, and no one knew when it would actually start. They left us in the rain without any information. Then the bus arrived; poor organization, all names were called out in a confusing manner. The bus itself was okay, but the air conditioning was off, and everyone was sweating the entire ride. Additionally, there were distorted announcements made in poor English by the bus driver, making it impossible to close one's eyes for even a second. Due to the late pickup, a 45-minute break, and a refueling stop, the 4-hour travel time suddenly turned into 6 hours. This left less time in Key West. But the highlight was the return trip. The advertised 3 1/2 hours turned into 6 hours with a 45-minute break, even though it was already 9 PM. Furthermore, the bus driver was driving significantly below the speed limit, as he apparently had not been trained to refuel in a timely manner. After driving like this for two hours, he refueled a third time at a snail's pace. During a stop at a gas station, the bus driver had to call someone because he apparently did not know how to refuel the vehicle. We want our money back!!! We purchased from 6:50 AM until a maximum of 9 PM and 6 hours in Key West. We received 7:40 AM - 12:45 AM and only 5 1/2 hours in Key West. A complete disaster. And then one is obligated to pay the bus driver a $5 tip per person. When one politely asked to shorten the breaks, one was only snapped at... We have never experienced such disorganization before. Thus, a beautiful island day that we were very much looking forward to turned into a pure nightmare.

Unfortunately, traffic conditions on the Overseas Highway and throughout South Florida can sometimes cause delays that are completely outside of our control. Our drivers are also required to make safety stops and fuel stops during the trip to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers. While we always aim to follow the scheduled times as closely as possible, travel times may vary depending on traffic, weather, and road conditions. Regarding the time spent in Key West, we understand your disappointment. However, all return departures and stops are managed according to federal driving regulations and passenger safety requirements. Tipping the driver is optional and never mandatory. We sincerely apologize if communication during the tour did not meet your expectations. The pick up location did...

The pick up location did not show as described as "holiday Inn"! The bus came in 30 minutes late. Request for Optional Pick up, but did not receive ant response.

This location is simply used as a meeting point, and the check-in takes place outside of the hotel, not inside. The correct address is 340 Biscayne Boulevard, and this is where guests should be waiting. Regarding hotel pick-up, this service must be requested in advance. Requests made on the same day or late the night before (around 9 PM or later) cannot be guaranteed, as we need time to confirm and assign the appropriate pick-up location and schedule. We also apologize for the delay you experienced. While we always aim to be on time, traffic and operational factors can occasionally cause delays, and we appreciate your patience. The diriver Emanual or...

The diriver Emanual or Mannual, scammed us by saying he would be booking guided snorkeling tour and left us nowhere which no proper communication on where to go . Too much rushed and no time to lookout as he brought us very late to the destination. The snorkeling tour operations have credit card system , even then he just he asked for cash which we dint have and had to go to a near by ATM , which doesn't make sense. We could have paid through credit card at the counter where we could have saved some money. Our experience is very bad, and couldn't do anything at the end of the day. The driver name is Mannual / Emanual, he is unethical , unapologetic and no respect for people's time and money.

Use another company

So unorganized! Absolutely nothing was done according to the instructions we received. We arrived on time at the meeting point but there was no one from the company wearing the designated "white t-shirt that says Miami 90 Mile tours". There was a guy wearing a red t-shirt with nothing on it, who wasnt quite sure what was going on. He turned out to be our driver. A second bus arrived around 7am and that driver was wearing a white shirt, no logo. He also had no idea what was going on. Finally we were loaded on to the bus (no one ever scanned our tix) and sat there for 45 min., waiting with no explanation. The two drivers just stood outside smoking and chatting the entire time we were sitting on the bus. No explanations for those of us on the bus. Finally a bunch of new people arrived and that's when we left. It was 7:50 by then . The delay cut into our 6-hours in Key West. The bus itself was dirty and our seats were broken. My seat belt was broken. I would not recommend this company for a day trip to Key West. There are others. Try them instead.

Stop at Islamorada was...

Stop at Islamorada was disappointing. Our driver was constantly on his phone talking really loud. Seemed very distracted and not very attentive to passengers. Very poor english skills.

Memorable Exprience to Keys

Our trip from Miami to the Keys was a highlight of our vacation. The day started perfectly with a prompt on-time hotel pickup, and we arrived at the Keys exactly as scheduled, giving us plenty of time to explore. ​What really stood out, however, was how the company handled a challenge. On the way back, the bus had a mechanical issue. Our driver was incredible—he worked tirelessly to fix the problem himself. Despite the delay, we were able to head back at 9:15 PM. ​Even with the late start and the technical hurdles, the driver’s main focus was our safety. He went above and beyond to ensure every passenger reached home safely. It turned what could have been a bad situation into a very positive experience. This will definitely be one of those memorable trips we talk about for years! Highly recommended for their reliability and dedication.

Do not use 90 mile tours

Bad from Start to Finish Bus was late to pick up No idea which bus to get on Loading of bus was terrible people in line first last on bus so at the back with very cold AC Think people from all different trip companies put on same coach. Driver I think was using AI to talk to us as Spanish was his first language. He told his life story which we did not need. On return no bus no communication Until we were told new bus on the way from Miami 3/4 hours away. After 2 hours original bus returned and that was when we got our first communication Again very cold AC Driver almost begging for tip Very bad communication from start to finish Key west was wonderful Travel not at all good

1h30 waiting for the bus with a simple message informing us of the delay without giving us delays , which reduced our time on site at the keys , Driving the private bus , seat of the back c is difficult to stay there because abundant smell of toilets next door , a stop not even 20 minutes to eat breakfast so avoid the "big coffee " that will end up in the garbage , a second stop of 30 seconds to take a photo of a crayfish in statue , return 4 hours without any stop ... I recommend not with children

Highly recommend, excellent and as described in what to expect

This was great value for money. The driver and guide were exceptional, and went above what was expected. Very informative, curtious, and so so helpful and pleasant. The instructions were clear pick up was straight forward. The drive was safe and comfortable. Stopped key large for breakfast very busy McDonald's but dollar store recommended and used. Had 5 hrs in key west. Great instructions and pickup at holiday inn and drop off at key west at Caroline Street were perfect. Will do trip again as really good value

Key West ay its finest

Had troible as most of amnouncememts were in spanish and the english was hard to hear. Then bus was late leaving as it broke down.
