Lovely place were there for 6 hours to experience the place. Photos taken. Great experience recommended.

Had done this trip before and am sure there was more than 20 mins for a whole coach to get Breakfast. Should have been dropped off outside our hotel but the driver was going too fast to stop. He stopped three hotels up the road making us, a 86 yr old and a 75 yr old needing a walking stick, get out in pouring rain having to negotiate parked cars and steps to walk back to our hotel where the proper pick up and drop off was.

Very well organized tour! The lady who directed the tour was friendly, entertaining and helpful. My family loved it!

Otherwise ok but bus was rundown and the airconditioning was always on. It was freezing! We hope not to get sick because of this. Keywest, a nice place but a bit touristy.

I was very disappointed, I booked the trip and the bus never arrived for pickup. I texted the bus company at the appointed time and was told the bus was there, a yellow bus. I did not see a yellow bus at any point. The bus never arrived. When I called for refund I was told I had to go back to Trip Advisor for the refund. Yet again, disappointed after speaking with Trip Advisor was told they would send the request back to the bus company. At this point no refund or communication from either party.

Even though there was a delay being pickup at the requested location, once that was taken care of, everything went well, the tour guide and driver did a good job.

Excellent tour. Very well organized, and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Key West is a very beautiful and interesting city, worth visiting. Thanks
