This was an amazing experience. A once in a lifetime for us. We absolutely loved it, so worth the early wake up. Our driver Emily was awesome. She have us great advice and information the whole trip.

Overall the experience was good. Communication from the company was great. Pickup was easy. When we arrived at Lake Moraine there was no parking for our tour guide bus so the tour guide has to quickly show us where to go. It was dark. They provided us with seat cushions and blankets. We had to wait to get coffee/tea/hot chocolate until after when he could find parking. The sunrise was spectacular but definitely oversold between Parks Canada and other private companies. There were so many people on the rock pile. We decided not to take the bus back so we could hike Big Beehive while at Lake Louise. You only get 2 hours there. The guide showed us the pick up for the Roam bus back to Banff. Paid $12/pp for a one way trip back. It was a better option than finding parking the next morning.

Bus arrived our hotel on time in the early morning and our tour guide Emily is a very nice and sweet girl. She expressed everything clearly and makes our trip smoothly. She gave us suggestion to make sure we have the best experience. She was kind and smile all the time.This might be the only chance for us to come to Lake Moraine and Louise in our life time. So, we are grateful to choose this tour and leave us an unforgettable memory for whole trip.

Ray was fantastic. Took us to the best spots including up the rock pile. Thoroughly explained all hikes and walks to inform us what to do within the time provided.

Good organization, fantastic scenery, and a nice guy as a driver and entertainer. You just have to know that some others are booking these trips at the same time...

Disappointed in the tour. I don’t know how you can really call it that. The pickup time was changed via the text we received the day before for an hour later. We didn’t get parking due to this so the driver couldn’t park. Didn’t get coffee until after our first 2 hour stop and she wasn’t prepared. We saw the sunrise which was our goal but to call this a tour is a mistake. It’s pretty much a taxi service to the lakes. Overall disappointed in this choice.

Great time! Beautiful sites. Ray gave us lots of info and was a pleasure. We laughed and sang and he made it fun!! Thanks Ray!

We were not sure the weather would cooperate, but it was perfect. We thought that 2 hours at each location would not be enough, but it was. The coffee and cookies were a nice, but unnecessary benefit. The tour guide, was quite engaging and added to the experience. Although the cost was “high”, in consideration of what we received, it was worth it. This is a one-time experience that cannot be missed. Go for it!

Our trip to Lake Louise and Moraine lake was perfect. Ray, our guide took good care of our family. He was on time, professional, funny, a careful driver and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Jumper tours!
