Ravenna to Bologna. Very accommodating. Easy to talk to to change time for pick up. Nice van have a family of five from Hawaii.
Ok. Not sure where to begin with Agostino. This Guy was absolutely amazing to deal with. Right from the start. Communication is A++++. Set up everything and had a plan. Then cruise ship arrived early in Ravenna Port. No problem Agostino had already left and was on his way. From the original time to pick us up. He was 45mins early. Unbelievable. Then he got us to Bologna train station with plenty of time to catch our train to Salerno. Honestly I can’t say enough about his service, this was by far the most stressful day of our leg of travel. With trains we had to catch on time and Agostino nailed it and was super dependable. I would most definitely choose this guy again. He is the best driver I have had. Ever. Thank you for your professionalism.
